Essential Info to help you make the most of your visit to the show
COVID Pass
In the interests of all attendees wellbeing, the NEC will be undertaking COVID Pass checks when you arrive, so please prepare accordingly. More information on this, and the safety measures we are undertaking as an event, are available on our Safety Measures page
Shuttle buses
Buses operate to/from the visitor car parks from the entrances.
Cash points
You’ll find portable cash dispensers (withdrawal fees apply) around the venue. Free NatWest and HSBC ATMs can be found at the train station.
Catering
There are a variety of places to eat and drink throughout the halls. If these are busy don’t forget there’s also plenty to choose from in the Piazza and Atrium.
First aid
Please report any accidents to the nearest member of security who can arrange for trained first aiders to assist. There is a medical centre is located on the Piazza between Halls 1 and 2.
Hearing impairments
Public telephones are available for visitors with hearing impairments and induction loop audio systems are fitted in all Piazza and Atrium ticket booths, as well as the Discovery Live Stage in Hall 5 and the Restoration Theatre in Hall 4. Please note there are BSL signed Live Stage performances throughout the day on Saturday 13 November – check the timetables for details of which sessions.
Children
Please report lost children to the Organisers Office or to a member of security as soon as possible.
Organisers office
The Organisers Office is located at the front of Hall 2.
Press office
The Press Office is located along the main concourse, near the entrance to Hall 4.
Seating
If you’ve brought a packed lunch, or you just want somewhere to sit, you can always leave the halls (get a re-entry hand stamp) – there is plenty of bench seating out in the Piazza and Atrium.
Toilets
Located throughout the halls and all circulation areas.
Parent and baby change
Located within most toilet areas around the Piazza and Atrium.
Wheelchair hire
A limited number of manual wheelchairs and walkers are available free of charge to blue badge holders, £5 to other visitors. Electric scooters can be hired for £15 per day. All equipment is offered on a first come, first served basis, from the Piazza Lounge, located across from the Business Centre. Card payments only.
